S/N 5023. My father bought this about 25-30 years ago and never used it. I tested it and it works. Amazingly the 1.5V dry cell still measures 1.53 volts after all this time and no leaks!!! No corrosion in battery compartment. The battery should be replaced with a silver cell for current limiting so you don’t blow your self up when testing a cap circuit.
