Leviton 2810 locking receptacle. It is Industrial Specification Grade, NEMA L21-30R, 4-pole, 5-wire, grounding, 30A 120/208V 3-phase Y. Each is individually packaged with instructions. Features include:

* One-piece .040" thick brass, high-copper content contacts with nickel-plated contact clamp type terminals
