3. Description: this is a very nice current version MKS Instruments type 272 temperature controller. This controller is a half-rack AC powered module that provides a temperature control function for the MKS instrument mass flow/pressure controllers, flow control valves, and Baratron Series capacitance diaphragm pressure gauge/transducers (i.e. the 315B model and the others) that require a precise temperature control in the range of 0 to 150 'C. This controller was manufactured in the United States.
