This is a new-in-the-box TPI model KHSC50-30 switching power supply. The input voltage is 90-132V , 50-60Hz. The 4 output voltages are: +5V @ 5.0A, +5V @ 5.0A ,+12V @ 1.5A, and -12V @ 0.5A. These supplies measure only 7-3/4 inches by 4-3/8 inches by 2 inches high. This is excess distributor inventory.
