This is the N-Channel & P-Channel Dual FET Transistor SMT Design Kit #1. It includes the very popular Fairchild FDG6322C which has two independent, logic-level, enhancement Mode FETs in the SOT-23-6 (SC70-6) SMT package. There is one N-Channel FET and one P-Channel FET in this package. The FDG6322C was designed especially for low voltage applications as a replacement for bipolar digital transistors and small signal MOSFETs. This FET does not require bias resistors and can replace several different digital transistors.
Included in this kit are enough SMT Resistors, SMT Aluminum, Ceramic & Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Inductors, SMT Trimpots, SMT Variable Capaciotrs, SMT Diodes, SMT Crystals, SMT LEDs, two Electret Microphones, a Speaker, and an SMT Relay to develop numerous circuits. There are also 4 different Clock Oscillators as an RF source to assist in your designs, as well as, some electronic hardware to interface your designs to the outside world.
