Leviton CS81-65C locking plug. It is Industrial Specification Grade, Non-NEMA (California Style), 3-pole, 4-wire, grounding, 50A 480VAC 3 Phase. Features include:
* Internal wiring chambers isolate individual conductors to prevent flashover, arcing, and stray strands of wire
* Color coded terminal screws and wire openings
* Solid brass blades are fitted and held tightly and securely in place
* Dead front construction prevents accidental contact with internal parts
* Wiring module keyed to body for easy assembly
* Saddle clamp contact terminals bundle stranded wire, maximizing wire/clamp surface contact
* Deep slotted steel screws secure wiring module to body
* Ergonomically designed fluted body with radial gripping ridges creates an ideal surface for gripping, turning, and pulling
* Internal cord clamp utilizes deep slotted steel screws that are backed out for faster installation
