SS52 custom built cell including Panasonic TAWERS TA-1400-WG robot.
Robotic cell with two side-by-side pneumatic windows, mounted on a monoblock frame for easy forklift access, including:
1. Panasonic TAWERS TA-1400 -WG robot with digitally integrated welder, 1-year warranty on robot parts and welder, integrated with 350A welder, 350A Panasonic air-cooled torch.
2. Electrical control panel including Allen Bradley SLC 500 processor and Allen Bradley panel view, redundant E-Stop circuitry and dual circuit access gates switches.
3. Fault finding facilitated by panel view diagnostic messages.
5. Two pneumatic valve blocks, one for each table could be used with automatic tooling that requires one stage clamping plus eject or two stage-clamping fixtures.
6. Status of pneumatic clamps, sensors, and work conditions could be clearly indicated on the panel view.
7. TCP (tool center point) fixture, 15 mm gauge, pneumatic wire cutter.
8. Quick TCP recalibration function allows fast recovery in case welding torch has been distorted after collision. This also allows production personnel to distinguish between robot and torch position distortion or part fit-up and tooling problems.
9. Tip change, nozzle-cleaning position within the reach of operator, (automatic or called from teach pendant), and no access inside fenced perimeter necessary.
10. Tip exchange monitoring function, panel view indicates tip change required. Robot records arc on time.
