Leviton 8200-SGI ivory Hospital Grade tamper-resistant receptacle. It is Hospital Grade, NEMA 5-15R, 2-pole, 3-wire, self-grounding, back and side wired, rated 15A 125V. Hospital grade devices are top of the line in their category, designed for high-abuse environments such as those found in healthcare facilities. These are bulk packed loose with no outer box. Features include:
* Tamper-resistant design allows easy plug insertion but prevents small-object insertion
