THIS IS AN IN-LINE RELAY CONTROL BOARD THAT WILL ALLOW CNC SOFTWARE CONTROL OF YOUR PLASMA TORCH, OR ROUTER SPINDLE MOTOR, COOLANT PUMP, VACUUM, ETC. (this is not a stepper motor driver) This board will do the following:
TURN ON/OFF YOUR PLASMA TORCH FROM YOUR CNC SOFTWARE
TURN ON/OFF YOUR ROUTER FROM YOUR CNC SOFTWARE
TURN ON/OFF AN AUXILLIARY DEVICE FROM CNC SOFTWARE
THIS DEVICE FITS IN LINE WITH THE SIGNALS TO YOUR MULTI-
AXIS DRIVER BOARD, OR YOUR SINGLE AXIS DRIVER BOARDS
THIS BOARD WILL PASS THROUGH ALL SIGNALS NOT USED FOR
CONTROL TO YOUR DRIVER BOARDs WITHOUT INTERFERENCE
THE ON BOARD RELAYS ARE 12 AMPS @ 120 vac, 10 AMPS @ 240 vac
DESIGNED TO BE COMPATABLE WITH ALL CNC SOFTWARE
THAT PUTS OUT STANDARD STEP AND DIRECTION SIGNALS
SUCH AS MACH3, TURBO CNC, BOBCAD, QUICKSTEP3, ETC.
It comes with it's own power supply, and usb control cable. If you need 4 relays, simply run two of these boards in series.
