R+B Damped Sinusoid Generator PGV-7001: 7 kHz - 300 kHz
This item is a very nice High Voltage Damped Sinusoid Generator made by R+B Enterprises. This unit is model number PGV-7001 and covers the frequency range of 7 kHz - 300 kHz. I believe these are used for EMI and compliance testing.

We have tested this unit to provide output. View these pictures to see some the waveforms we captured with a digital scope:
We were not running this generator anywhere near full power and the peak-to-peak voltage we saw was 1500-1800 Volts.
