Brand new MSC - Motorola MRF-237 VHF RF Power transistor. This is a great part, does almost 5 watts at 150 MHZ.
Very popular in FM Transmitters. Handy grounded case which is the transistor's emitter connection.
Lots of gain at FM band - drive it with 50 mw and get almost 5 watts out!
