Pulled from a mothballed machine, and is used. This has a bit of industrial grunge on the one side, and will come off with some work (and a degreaser).
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
