DESCRIPTION: This is a APC FACTS (Front Tap Auxiliary Cable Transfer System) Model 1310. The inside is absolutely spotless as you can see from the picture. The outside which is not pictured is dirty and hard to clean off. This unit is basically a large cable splicer. It works fine.
