The switches come from an out of business electronic plant in Russia. They were used for voltage selection in lab power supplies the plant was manufacturing. The switches are panel mount, configured as two independent SPDT rotary switches indexed 0 to 9 each thus making 100 combinations possible (00 to 99). Good for a variety of applications, like building attenuators, power supplies, etc. The price is for two switches pictured above.
