CONDITION: Item was not tested - appears Good plus or better overall - brass face dial has black paint trim nicks - some brass marks around the face rim, and some cosmetic facial scratches - some hardened dirt buildup in varying areas (although we wiped this down quite a couple of times, it still has some dirt buildup so pardon)Please see our pics for better description
