NEW, unused. this also has an additional enclosed spring with it, and I am not sure how it is used with this (just could be a replacement, dunno).
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
