The Discom DTL30 is a High Voltage Power test system, 0-30KV input with 4 selectable outputs. It also features load current switching for duty cycle and time period, constand (min/max), constant resistance and LED display of kilovolts and microamperes. This unit is 117Vac powered. This unit powers up, but we were not able to test anymore tha that. No accessories or manuals are available with this unit.
