3. Description: this is a new model MKS Instruments HPS Division A900 type combination MicroPirani/Piezo gauge system readout/controller. The HPS™ Series A900 is a digital vacuum gauge controller that will operate up to two sensors. For this gauge controller, MKS is offering a new line of vacuum sensors: Piezo, MicroPirani, and DualTrans™, a combination of the MicroPirani and Piezo sensors. The Piezo sensors are available in the following models: Standard Piezo, measuring from 10-1 to 1,500 Torr, Piezo+ that measures from 10-1 to 3,000 Torr, PiezoSteel and PiezoSteel+ that only have Viton® and stainless steel exposed to the Vacuum.
The MicroPirani is a compact Pirani sensor that will measure from 10-5 to 750 Torr. The DualTransâ„¢ line includes DualTransâ„¢ measuring from 10-5 to 1,500 Torr and the DualTrans+â„¢ that measures from 10-5 to 3,000 Torr
