This Rotary Tool Set & Carrying Case is New and normally comes in a sealed plastic covering (shrink wrap) over it's regular packaging but to guarantee that all accessories are enclosed, nothing is broken or flawed and the tool is in good working condition I will be taking that off to properly inspect it before mailing.
