This is the SMT High-Voltage Transistor Design Kit #3. It includes the very popular SMT version of the MPSA42, High Voltage NPN Transistor: MMBTA42. It is rated with a Vcbo of 300 Volts and can handle 500 mAmps of Collector current. It was designed for general purpose high-voltage amplifiers and gas discharge display drivers, as well as other high-voltage applications.
Included in this kit are enough SMT Resistors, SMT Aluminum, Ceramic & Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Inductors, SMT Trimpots, SMT Variable Capaciotrs, SMT Signal & Zener Diodes, SMT Crystals, SMT LEDs, two Electret Microphones, a Speaker, and an SMT Relay to develop numerous circuits. There are also 4 different Clock Oscillators as an RF source to assist in your designs, as well as, some electronic hardware to interface your designs to the outside world.
