This is the LM339 Voltage Comparator SMT IC Design Kit. It includes the very popular LM339 Quad, Precision Voltage Comparator in a 14-pin SMT package. The LM339 operates with a single power supply over a wide range of voltages and has a very low offset voltage of 2 millivolts. It can be used with Single or Dual power supplies from 2v to 36v. The LM339 has open-collector outputs which allow you to drive a relay directly or interface to TTL and CMOS circuits. The low output saturation voltage is compatable with TTL, MOS, and CMOS ICs.
This Design Kit also includes 10 pieces of an SMT General-Purpose PNP Transistor and 10 pieces of its NPN complement to be used as high-side or low-side drivers. You also get different values of SMT Resistors, SMT Aluminum, Ceramic, & Tantalum Capacitors, SMT Signal & Zener Diodes, SMT Trimpots, a Microphone, Switches, Battery Clips, some SMT LEDs, and a SMT Relay. You also get some electronic hardware to interface your circuit to the outside world.
Applications include limit comparators, simple A/D converters, pulse, square wave and time delay generators, relay drivers, as well as many more. You get the following:
