This temperature controller was removed from an oven control cabinet that was excess NASA equipment. It is configured for 120VAC, 60Hz, single phase operation. Input to the controller is an Alumel-Chromel thermocouple input - the wires were retained with the controller when removed from the cabinet. Output is a 4-20mA industrial control output, and was used to control an SCR Power Controller that regulated the heater for a 5000 Watt oven. Note the connecting wires for the 4-20mA output were also retained and are included, as pictured. No power cord is provided.
The contoller seems to be fully functional. The registers for each of the functions as currently programmed/set are:
F1 - 99.3 F2 - OFF F3 - 39.70 F4 - OFF F5 - OFF F6 - OFF F7 - OFF F8 - OFF F9 - 80.0
F10 - OFF F11 - 0 F12 - OFF F13 - OFF F14 - OFF F15 - OFF F16 - 0.10 F17 - 10.0
AF1 - OFF AF3 - OFF AF4 - OFF F18 - 89.8 F19 - 0FF F20 - OFF F21 -OFF
Note that the above settings may have been changed when our technician tested the front panel +/-/INCR/DECR controls.
The panel mounting kit and hardware included are only what is pictured and appear to allow mounting in a panel that is up to .60" thick. The enclosure is physically and cosmetically in very good condition, and overall is very clean.
