Type CHB-04H features high sound pressure output with low current consumption and minimum resonance frequency is low (2,500HZ). These surface mount speakers are found in cell phones and various compact high tech gadgets.
Has an average sound pressure level of 93dB. Rated voltage is 5VDC and average maximum rated current is 80ma. Overall size is 8.5mm sq. x 4mm tall.
New parts, made for Motorola (cell phones). Manufactured by Citizen.
Measured 11 ohm resistance. Magnetic coil type.
Frequency generator test: Rendered sine wave frequencies from 80Hz to 11 KHz, square waves over larger bandwidth. Can also be used as pickup transducer. Produced 5-15 mV output in response to nearby noises and vibration.
